On April 7, 2025, at Bauma in Munich, Sinoboom officially announced at its exhibition booth that it had completed the strategic acquisition of the Holland Lift brand and all related intellectual property rights through its Dutch subsidiary, Sinoboom BV.
This acquisition marks another significant milestone in Sinoboom’s “Manufactured in Europe, Serving Europe” strategy, further advancing its localized development and long-term commitment to the European market.

Sinoboom General Manager Xu Hongxia stated:

She further added:
“The Holland Lift product line forms a perfect complement to our existing business. It not only enables us to better serve the high-end requirements of our current customers, but also helps us expand into new customer segments focused on heavy-duty application scenarios.”

Following the acquisition, the brand will continue operations under the new identity “HOLLAND LIFT by SINOBOOM”, preserving its strong market recognition while highlighting the Group endorsement of Sinoboom.
Holland Lift’s existing portfolio includes more than 30 models covering working heights from 16 to 34 meters. Several models offer load capacities exceeding 1,000 kg. Renowned for their robust performance in demanding conditions and diversified power options — electric, diesel, and hybrid — these machines are designed to meet a wide range of indoor and outdoor application needs.
收购后,该品牌将以”HOLLAND LIFT by SINOBOOM”的全新标识延续运营,既保留其深厚的市场认知,又彰显星邦智能的集团背书。
Holland Lift现有30余款产品覆盖16-34米工作高度,多项机型载重超1000公斤,以强悍的工况适应性和电/柴/混动多元动力配置著称,可满足室内外多样化作业需求。

技术整合 稳步推进
Following the completion of the acquisition, the first phase will focus on the Poznań plant in Poland, with strict implementation of the “Manufactured in Europe, Serving Europe” strategy. The first batch of mass-produced units is expected to roll off the production line in the first quarter of 2026.
Sinoboom Europe CEO Richard Butler emphasized:
“Once mass production at the Poznań facility is underway, we will advance the rollout of the full product range in phases, while progressively activating the coordinated manufacturing capabilities across Sinoboom’s global production network.”
