On April 7, 2025, at Bauma in Munich, Sinoboom officially announced at its exhibition booth that it had completed the strategic acquisition of the Holland Lift brand and all related intellectual property rights through its Dutch subsidiary, Sinoboom BV.
On August 7 (local time), Sinoboom held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Mexico manufacturing facility in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico. The event was attended by key local government officials, including the Governor of Guanajuato, the Secretary of the Guanajuato State Ministry of Economy, the Mayor of Silao, as well as members of the Sinoboom Mexico project team.
Recently, Sinoboom’s European Division successfully held its European Dealer Conference and an International Media Press Conference at its manufacturing base in Poznań, Poland. During the event, the company showcased its localized intelligent manufacturing capabilities in Europe to attending guests and shared the latest progress and achievements in building its European supply chain.
On November 18, local time in Mexico, Sinoboom held a grand opening ceremony for its new manufacturing base in Sylau, Guanajuato, Mexico, with the theme “Ready for Americas”.
